FlyCROSS has received a great deal of mentor responses and have a large pool of experienced mentors from across the world, who specialize in numerous scientific areas, have experience in overcoming personal/professional challenges, are open to mentoring for science and beyond.
The mentee survey will gather detailed information on the type of mentorship being sought! At the end of the survey, mentees can review mentor responses & indicate preferred mentors - a unique opportunity to shape your mentoring experience based on your goals.
