@nixCraft

A combination of bourbon and coffee…

@djg @nixCraft The good old coffee-whiskey-cycle!
@djg this was common in the 60s
@nixCraft Though 50-50 water-energy drink mix have been used.
@nixCraft You may get a bunch of Club Mate entries pretty darn soon :}
@nixCraft Orange juice is also a favourite. Caffeinated beverages just not much of thing (ok , maybe an odd Tia Maria on ice cream for dessert to pre-empt a food coma).
@nixCraft Were working on the Balmer peak over here
@nixCraft its usually coffee, but now I've temporarily switched to tea
@nixCraft it's coffee + either my adhd meds or a monster (as a substitute for the latter when it's not available). Apple cider if it's a weekend.
@nixCraft Any kind of Mate-soda is basically missing in the poll. My personal favorite is Mio Mio Mate Ginger πŸ˜‹

@nixCraft This poll is seriously missing Mate lemonade (basically sparkling mate ice tea).

I prefer Mate Mate or @kollemate

@nixCraft where is Dr Pepper or Mountain Dew?
@nixCraft hot chocolate with caffeine
@nixCraft I'm taking a month off coffee but it would be my usual answer πŸ˜‚
@nixCraft
- Coffee in the morning
- Mio Mio Mate Banana in the afternoon
- Water in the evening
- my own tears at 2am when the server is down and I don't know why

@psc @nixCraft You may have just changed someone's life here.

>>Mio Mio Mate Banana in the afternoon

Its me, I'm the someone.

Oh nooo.

@mrcopilot @nixCraft I know all the reasons that I shouldn't be drinking sugary fizz water... but this particular one is so good that emotional reptilian brain triumphs over neocortex nearly every time.

As a result, I'm not sure if I highly recommend it or don't recommend it at all!

@psc @nixCraft Words I Never thought I would say

"geofencing is helping my diabetes."

@nixCraft Ignore all the ashtray lovers. 🀭

@nixCraft I'm ashamed. πŸ™ˆ

Coca-Cola...

@nixCraft Morning cup of coffee and then water.

I'm trying not to turn into my grandpa, needing a cup of coffee to go to sleep.

@nixCraft
Sweet tea, green tea, or Ale-8 (whichever I have at the time) fuels me. Take your pick.
@nixCraft My brain needs pure water for cooling.
@nixCraft Coffee, Tea, Energy drink, water, and not a drink but gum
@nixCraft it’s zero-sugar Monster Energy for me ☠️
@nixCraft coffee and tea for routine whatever, but nothing gets me pushing my limits like a double of neat whiskey and an earful of experimental ambient.

@nixCraft

Coffee
Tea
Water

Depending on time of day, problem I'm solving and what genre of music I am listening to.

@nixCraft for some reason I get really really REALLY thirsty whenever I program

might be because I also completely neglect my bodily functions whenever I program, and the moment I step back I'm like WOAH am I thirsty!!!
@nixCraft a liquid that does not contain enough money to live on
@nixCraft tea / something stronger: green tea
@nixCraft Red Bull gives the best results, but coffee is more enjoyable.
@nixCraft Coffee or tea at work, but usually booze and/or delta 8 at home (no legal weed here, but d8 affects me nearly identically). My performance is actually slightly better with the home solutions, though I don't know if that's the substances or my level of interest.
@nixCraft good old mate every morning πŸ§‰
@nixCraft Something stronger than water? Hydrogen?
@nixCraft
Missing the "all of them" choice which would work for me.
@nixCraft cant drink sugary drinks anymore :(
@nixCraft coffee unless at home and stressed then its a Rusty Nail.
@nixCraft Beer helps me to find bugs.
@nixCraft mostly coffee, except when I ported libtool to MirBSD…
Guarana/Warana, that is not strong, but just very efficient, help to habe an brain efficient softly, and very good for drawing/painting (used for hunting by (Gu/Wa)rana people in Amazonia forest), without the nervous effect of coffee :) (I think there is still a bit of caffeine in, but guaranine is the main component). 1 cup of pure black coffee on morning as kickstart, and some central China selenium rich green tea (from Enshi (Hubei province) or zing+selenium from Fenggang (Guizhou), just because green tea is so good and meet several Tujia minority people from their, one that offered one to me and one that sold one to me. More generally Chinese mountains green teas are so tasty (no sugar please, but need to breath deeply it's aroma).
@nixCraft I use Sativa in order to assist in focusing on a task, as I currently drink decaff coffee.
@nixCraft Nothing tastes like water.
@nixCraft when I was younger, there was an awful lot of mountain dew involved but not much anymore.
@nixCraft I wonder what percentage of Tea voters are also British.
@nixCraft Does this mean I can put a 8%-er patch on my jacket?
