1) Delete your Amazon account.
2) Delete your Ebay account.
3) Don’t buy a Tesla. If you have one, sell if feasible. This will help collapse its market value.
4) Limit discretionary spending as much as possible.

7) Shop co-ops and local markets.
8) Prepare food from staple ingredients.
9) Keep that car parked! Adopt the WWII principle "is this trip really necessary?"

11) Call in sick whenever you can get away with it.
12) Don’t do free work. Do only what you're paid to do.
13) Practice stealth loafing on the job.
14) Constantly keep your resume in circulation and quit for higher pay if you can.
15) Consider working fewer hours or quitting altogether. Reducing your ersatz "standard of living" will make you healthier and wiser.
