Harris and Democrats Lose Their Reluctance to Call Trump a Fascist

Since Gen. Mark Milley was quoted as saying Donald Trump is “fascist to the core,” a term avoided by top members of the Democratic Party is suddenly everywhere.

The New York Times
I have realized that I am now a one issue voter and that issue is preventing a fascist takeover of the United States.
@fraying if you're gone be a single issue voter, democracy is the issue that is the foundation to any other.

@davidmiller @fraying

To the point I do not even care whether the orange man has any idea with which I would agree. That man is an aberration who has to be interred to the infamous chapter of history, to be studied and learned, so that we may never again have the chance to commit the absurd and grotesque mistake of listening to anything he had to say and removing his from his golf courses to the presidency. He should have never left his golf courses.

@fraying I have successfully convinced my spouse that this is the only issue in this election. In March I wasn't sure if I could, but ballot marked and dropped off with the water bill at the township office. 🙌
@fraying god help the poor third party candidates who door to door in my neighborhood and try to elevator pitch me. I remember the quaint before time of being an independent party voter.
@fraying I agree. I'm just worried that a few more cycles of our current shit and neither candidate will represent that option
@upthorn say what you want about Democrats, they’re not fascists.
@fraying Not yet, but they've just been sliding steadily right each election, since they have no credible challengers from the left
@upthorn I ask this sincerely: how old are you? Because anyone who was voting in the 90s knows that the Democratic Party is so much more left now it’s not even close. I think you may have absorbed some misinformation here.
@fraying proud to be part of the population that is, “the enemy within”. Aka not a fascist.
