unfortunately pinephone hardware is holding it back a lot... gonna have to test it on different hardware :(
i have borrowed the phone from a friend so no big deal there. gonna look for cheap second hand oneplus 6 ig.
even with the pinephone when it was a bit laggy i immediately felt at home. set up eduroam wifi with a python script (download it, chmod +x and execute :), download same apps i use on notebook and most of it just works! of course gnome-shell on mobile needs a lot of polishing but it has a solid foundation. great things are happening 😌
Jeff@_peteraaaa When I had to replace my last phone, I took a good, hard look at the Pine phone and realized it hadn't changed at all since the phone before that. A real bummer.
