In the immediate post-election period, while the defendant claimed fraud w/o proof, his private operatives sought to create #chaos, rather than seek clarity, at polling places where states were continuing to tabulate votes. For example, on Nov 4, P5 a Campaign employee, agent, & co-conspirator of the defendant-tried to sow confusion when the ongoing vote count at the TCF Center in #Detroit, #Michigan, looked unfavorable for the defendant.
There, when a colleague at the TCF Center told #P5 "We think [a batch of votes heavily in Biden's favor is] right," P5 responded, "find a reason it isnt," "give me options to file litigation," & "even if itbis [sic] [it is BS]. When the colleague suggested that there was about to be unrest reminiscent of the Brooks Brothers Riot, a violent effort to stop the vote count in Florida after the 2000 presidential election, P5 responded, "Make them riot" & "Do it!!!"
The defendant's Campaign operatives & supporters used similar tactics at other tabulation centers, including in #Philadelphia, #Pennsylvania, & the defendant sometimes used the resulting confrontations to falsely claim that his election observers were being denied proper access, thus serving as a predicate to the defendant's claim that fraud must have occurred in the observers' absence.

With this filing, and the kickback from the VP debate as a rider, Trump should be getting very, very nervous with each unfavorable poll. I think at some point he's going to have to emerge from his rally bubble to engage the Dems directly, by accepting another Harris debate, doing the 60 Minute interview, or by some other device that has the potential, however slim, of reversing the vector.
After all, he realizes that his freedom is likely at stake.
I guess that raises the question, at least in my mind...how would the country react if Trump finally cannot take the heat, and manages an escape to Venezuela. Would we, as a country, accept him as an exiled former President? Or would he be pursued? He has already floated the 'concept' in his public dialogue with Musk!
It's damning to the extreme, full of EVIDENCE and personal, first hand testimony of his crimes and involvement.... but will it make any difference?
