Another intense workout another reduced migraine.

My verapamil ran out two weeks ago and it is clear it was doing practically nothing.

I could get used to this.

@dtauvdiodr Do you do HIIT? How often do you train to reduce your migraines, please?
I do HIIT 1 to 2/week and (because of work) I run more than 1/week (between 10 and 15km, sometimes more especially in the summer). I realized that by reducing the frequency of my sport, migraines were more frequent.
Courage for u.

@Sidoine I do! How interesting that you made that discovery! That is in-sync with mine that HIIT exercising measurably reduces migraine activity.

I'm especially sensitive to migraines due to it presenting as hyperacusis that feeds on my tinnitus. They will end up riling each other up and making my head buzzing and spinning. I've tried all medications, I'm on a migraine diet (and we're paleo, too), I even started doing light exercising every day, but in my fourth year of treatment it still plagues me.

The HIIT exercising shocked me when it first reduced the migraine. I had picked it up to build testosterone at my personal doctor's suggestion. I blend a couple of HIIT exercises into my daily regimen of core strength training and yoga. So it's six days per week, nearly the first thing I do in the morning.
