@violetblue I still get reminders about renewing my Covid, flu and pneumonia jabs. I still wear N95s when I’m out and about. I have a decent supply of bog roll and I have used handwash since before it became fashionable in 2020 (cat litter trays). Am I missing anything? btw I also have a free health service.

This is great! Only quibble I have is the 5-10 period of infectiousness.

I'm not sure that's true, it seems to be based on the CDC guidelines which we know we're influenced by Delta's CEO.

It's highly individual, and only testing can reveal it.

For myself, I shifted from thinking of most of this as an emergency (if precaution fails and I get COVID, yes, it’s an emergency). Not to say it’s over. Quite the opposite. It may never be over. I just find it’s less strain on the brain to adjust my mental model to this new situation in which I will always do these things.
