So many thoughts swirling around in my brain. I am not emotionally prepared for this to happen so fast. I can’t believe we’re finally getting a new oven here on the brink of civilization collapsing. There will be strangers in my house; I need to warn them to wear masks. What will we do with the cats? There’s a 4 hour delivery window; what am I supposed to do in the meantime? I have ADHD!

OVEN UPDATE: the oven has arrived but they wouldn’t install it b/c it’s supposed to be on its own dedicated breaker and ours shares a breaker with the stove 😭

So no working oven until we get a permit and get that taken care of. 

How am I supposed fulfill my dream* of being a gourmet pastry chef now? 😭

*ok not really. But I *was* looking forward to homemade pizza this weekend.
