I've seen a lot of info online about #SquashVineBorer being active only in June, or till mid-July or something like that.

I've been recording adult & egg sightings this year (Zone 6b, Southern Ontario). My first sighting was June 6th, and I've been seeing them ever since. Killed one laying eggs on my cucumbers this morning.

Once I stop seeing them regularly I'll drop another post.

It's been a week now since I've seen a #SquashVineBorer adult or found any new eggs.

I've dug a few larvae out of my volunteer pumpkins but surprisingly they seem to be surviving ok otherwise.

My moschatas continue to be unaffected.

This year at least it looks like SVB season in Zone 6, Hamilton, ON, is actually roughly the months of June and July.
Also I've had to dig larvae out of all parts of the plant. My marrows got hit mainly in the thick central trunk, but my pumpkins got hit at the nodes, stem, and a couple in the leaves themselves, which I've not seen before.
