But the International Owl Center in southeast Minnesota (near La Crosse, Wisconsin) will mark the observance on MONDAY August 5th.
The owls there may not want to be distracted from Sunday's Season 2 finale of House of the Dragon. There's an owl plot angle at Harrenhal. (2/4)
