We are talking years here, more than enough funding And more than enough time for implementation in the far reaches -out into the “wild blue countryside of a 20 minute drive”. Don’t neglect the many facects that are impacted exponentially when we deny internet to hard to reach people and further perpetuate their silence and disenfranchisement.
