With one party we can talk about shitty elected officials and run for office and campaign to get more progressive candidates in office. In the other there are never trustworthy elections or checks and balances ever again. Stop fucking following Russian bot taking points. They are not the same.

Matt Palmer@hacks4pancakes I feel like the mythology of the revolutionary war has infected far too many people (on all points of the political spectrum) with the idea that "no democracy" is the preferred choice, because then they can have a good ol' revolution and end up with the political system *they'd* prefer.
