Friends don't let friends go to Microsoft tech conferences.

@sjvn also that isn't an #upgrade but a #downgrade...

Pretty shure you could #ROI that by charging $50 for ever attempt!

@sjvn I find all windows OSes equally repulsive, only difference between 10 and 11 being that 11 is more visually appealing
@ananas @sjvn In my opinion, it isn’t, and “looking pretty” shouldn’t be a requirement of any operating system.
@sjvn well Windows 11 is a better copy of KDE than Windows 10. The virtual desktop works almost as good as on *Ubuntu (or any other user oriented Linux version).
@sjvn I miss the #Microsoft MVP summit, it was such a great opportunity to meet with hundreds of people from all over the world, discuss, debate and interact with product teams at Microsoft. It was also fun being on campus and visiting the company store. Also, Microsoft MVP's are customer advocates, so, they share direct feedback about the product issues with the teams that work on them. Also, if you attend a conference like this, you are likely a fan of the product.
@adacosta @sjvn I always enjoy the MVP summits. We get to share upcoming plans and ideas because we WANT your feedback. It's not about being a fan, because sometimes the feedback we need is pointing out a gap or how your experience can help highlight an improvement. The feature teams really do value the feedback of all kind, and appreciate spending the time to learn and share it.
@JefTek Well, being a fan in terms of you actually use the product over another competing technology. I use to be a #Windows IT Pro MVP, I didn't attend the conference to rave about macOS either.
@adacosta Funny enough, I chose to use MacOS so I can find out how bad the SSO experience was, so we could improve it :) So that kind of feedback is INVALUABLE :)

@sjvn

"Upgraded".

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

@davidtheeviloverlord
If you use the "increase in version number" definition, then yes, it is an upgrade. In every other definition, though...
@sjvn
@sjvn damn that's threatenning haha
@sjvn Not possible if your computer is already a few years old.
@sjvn I love how they call their summit Minimum Viable Product.
