Some of my #lettuces growing in my #FoodGarden 👩‍🌾 I treated them & several other food plants with my homemade garden pests repellent. Smashed garlic cloves, immersed in water for minimum of 24 hrs. Keep refilling spray bottles with filtered water & use it til you don't smell strong garlic smells. Throw spent crushed garlic into your flower beds.
If you have heavy aphids infestations - this will help you get rid of that problem hella fast.
I also spray it on myself before going into insects heavy wilderness areas & it works well as insect repellent too. I just smell like a walking garlic bomb though 🤣

I am sort of stoned and having a thought that I cant tell if is profound or obvious, and before I say it I want to head off ppl listing why it is obvious by clarifying that I am indeed a former sensory physiologist: It's amazing how there are few if any things that smell like food but arent food. Conversely, its amazing how almost all things that are food smell like food.
