@ScientistRebellion here are some data from 2019. at that time Exxon was number 6. Not easy to find open up to date reports, I checked 2023 annual reports and press releases.
Not easy even to compare productions because of gas, condensates and crude. Not easy to find annual reports for state-owned companies in non democratic countries... and believe those numbers are true.
But that's what scientists should do, instead of woking around.

...I'm sorry, I misunderstood your post: it's the people who can vote who want to sue publicly traded oil companies, in democratic countries. Those who have no right to vote are irrelevant: their authoritarian-state owned National Oli Companies, can keep polluting and emitting #GHG. It's none of our business, right?
