Und man kann #Xi und #China sicherlich so einiges vorwerfen aber an Weitsicht mangelt es diesen nicht !!!

Much of what #Evans has to say is logically argued and has validity beyond his personal biases due to his unique experiences in politics and foreign affairs. However he is neither a strategic nor a military expert and , imo, he will eat the words he has to say on #China however carefully crafted. I say this for the simple reason that #Xi is just another version of #tRump not matter how you coat it, though a more powerful and disciplined example of the breed. Moreover, the #PRC is a more powerful, a longer lived and a more patient machinery than any #US administration has ever been or is likely to be in the future. China’s long story, aside from a short Western led colonisation period in modern history, has shown this to be true.

This is only my own opinion of course, based on nothing but historical evidence and my limited understanding (with my own biases embedded) of the Chinese people.
