12/05/2024 - a #StandingStoneSunday visit to Balnuaran of Clava today.

Morning visit on the way somewhere. If you like your stones standing, they have plenty in circles round the big cairns. This place is wow and one of my favourite megalithic sites.

@Spaceways Was there two weeks ago!!! Loved it, too - so atmospheric with the trees around. Are you headed north?

@clarebee It's a wonderful place. Peaceful between the folk coming and going. Not north this time. Just a few days away near Inverness looking for flowers, trees, stones and coffee shops 😃
