Same here. If I have to look at myself for something like shaving, I look past myself, never in the eyes.

There is a huge mirror in every gym I've been to. I never even glance at myself.

@darrellpf @ActuallyAutistic Thank you. So glad I’m not alone. I use to think it was dysmorphophobia, but after the diagnosis I’m re-reading things in a different way.
