Doctor LURK@glynmoody I was really interested in this, as a diet-unrestricted person who enjoys tasty food no matter where it's sourced from (and a longtime blue cheese aficionado). And I'm still interested! But I have to admit I'm unimpressed by how "all in" the company seems to be on "AI" machine learning. Feels to me like it's in direct opposition to the environmental benefits of plant based food. But maybe their model is less energy intensive? Guess I'll have to learn a little more before I try.
@doctorLURK a lot of people are impressed by shiny things...they grow out of it
@glynmoody I'm certainly willing to learn more about their pollution savings vs. traditionally made cheeses and see how that stacks up against the extra energy consumption of their model. It could be a net benefit! But in any case, I'd still like to know.
