Langsam wird es im #Sportstudio wärmer, und die unangenehmen #Gerüche nehmen zu. Wie geht ihr (#HSP, #neurodivergent oder auch nicht) vor? Tigerbalsam unter die Nase? Gibt es (angenehmere) Alternativen? Schön wäre, wenn das Mittel ca. 1 Stunde wirksam wäre und nicht sofort weggeschwitzt wird 😉

I have the same problem at the gym, not with people's odors, which I can notice but aren't as strong as the air freshener the owner put to cover people's unpleasant odors. At the beginning, I could smell the rubber from the floor; it was "too loud," but I managed to get used to it. I've tried to avoid peak times, but because of noise overload....

@Lemniscata Yeah, noise is a problem for me too. I decided to 'counter-noise' by training to the sweet sound of Metal 🙈
I also try to avoid peak times. And yep, air freshener can be as bad as body odour 😬
Why is this so difficult?! 😞
