@Rastal to the commenters above, i think the point is not the media but a prevailing perspective that all victims of starvation and shelling are to blame themselves because their silence under terror somehow implies they are complicit in the war. The bystanders of this war are asking the wrong people, perhaps even because absence of condemnation by victims -who are terrorized from both sides- helps justify a predisposition for what is effectively a final solution.
