@Ten @lisamelton this so accurately captures my past few weeks, ugh.
I'm very lucky that my partner helped me come up with structured achievable goals for several day to help lessen my cognitive load.
Only seven weeks?? This has been my last five yearsโ
Ooohh... This looks exactly like the nutshell I've been living in for the last fifteen years or so! ๐๐ค๐ญ

@Ten you might know this better than me but I wanted to share in case you havenโt read GTD.
I just listened to the book Getting Things Done by David Allen. The GTD method is all about getting things off oneโs mind to help with feeling overwhelmed and stressed. While implementing it well can be a challenge for some, even just adopting parts of it might have mental health benefits. Allen even encourages people to take their own path and recognizes itโs not needed all the time.
