@Ten you might know this better than me but I wanted to share in case you haven’t read GTD.
I just listened to the book Getting Things Done by David Allen. The GTD method is all about getting things off one’s mind to help with feeling overwhelmed and stressed. While implementing it well can be a challenge for some, even just adopting parts of it might have mental health benefits. Allen even encourages people to take their own path and recognizes it’s not needed all the time.
