with a so-called Schengen Visa, as of my understanding as a citizen, you should be able to travel all Schengen countries (there are no border controls, except for tax stuff in Switzerland. Working permits are a different thing.

@eniko I don't know any lawyers here, but if you need help getting residency permits I can ask people who managed all relocation matters at the company I work at. We got ours quite fast.

If you can track down Prof Alina Tryfonidou at the university of Cyprus she may either be in practice or able to refer you to the best Cypriot lawyers. Or I can ask Dr Marios Costa who is based in the UK.
