More yummy pierogi (Polish dumplings). This time I had bought not only the meat filled ones but also the Sauerkraut and mushroom type. 🥟😋 Instead of adding tomato sauce like last time I made a simple beurre monté sauce, added some fried cabbage, fresh wild garlic, ground black pepper and a little grated hard cheese.
