Two days of easy food. Yesterday (last photo) I made capellini (very thin spaghetti type noodles) with defrosted tomato sauce with harissa seasoning to which I added shop bought chicken meatballs and boiled broccoli. Nothing to brag about but it was fine. Today we had ready made pierogi with the leftovers of yesterday’s tomato sauce and a Caprese salad. Eating pierogi is a bit like eating ready made ravioli, just much better. I remember enjoying tinned ravioli as a child but I find them terrible these days and they never contain as much meat as I remember.
