@computerpaws I feel almost bad saying that I have mixed feelings about it since it is such a powerful story about empowerment…. I feel like I *should* love it….
@consumablejoy I don't think it was well done, tbh. The knotwork thing is just sorta dropped, IIRC, and I found that pretty unsatisfying
@computerpaws I was absolutely intrigued by the knotwork thing and then it went nowhere, completely agree.
Lora@consumablejoy Haven't but went to look at it when I saw your post & immediately ordered it. Will be interesting to see if I have the same reaction you did to wordiness. (Also thanks for boosting the Tracy Chapman video. I'd been searching all over for it, gave up & came here to see the Mastodon Fairy had read my mind.)
