I'm looking for several tools to help me migrate and split up my interests on ActivityPub services between existing accounts which are already populated in some way with following and followed by lists and followed tags and the like.

I expect that a single tool wouldn't help with all of the above, using multiple tools would be fine.

it's very easy to export all the data you're asking about from mastodon. once it's client-side, you can use emacs (or some other tool) to rip through it and edit it however you like.
