@coachgowron THIS IS A DAMN SHAME, COACH. I AM SORRY TO HEAR THAT WE ARE LOSING YOU. THOSE WHO WRONGED YOU HAVE NO HONOR.
CAN I HAVE YOUR WHISTLE?
@coachgowron I liked your stuff too. Also, I feel like sometimes people on here (and I've been guilty of this myself sometimes) assume everything must be taken apart and hyper-examined...
when that's valuable sometimes, sometimes it really just leads to picking fights
@coachgowron It amazes me that there are people who would rip on someone who puts out nothing but positive encouragement. Maybe it shouldn't in this day, but it does.
I believe you are the first person i followed on Mastodon, so sad to lose your counsel, but glad to know that you have the wisdom to step back when you need to.
Take care, Coach!
@coachgowron Thank you for all your posts and wisdom, Coach. May you feel recharged soon.
You have brought honor to your house, and to the Ty'Gokor Community College Coaching Program.
Many songs will be sung of your victories and encouragement!
@coachgowron damn. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time, coach.
Just today I was thinking to myself how insightful and useful your advice has always been. Like, 100% hit rate, zero things I have not found insightful let alone disagreed with.
So, look after yourself and hope to see you back when you feel ready.
And I suspect this might not be correct for Klingon culture, but I truly do hope you live long and prosper 🖖
Very sorry to hear that. Take care, and if you decide to return you will always be very welcome here. You rock Coach!

The Klingon death ritual was a Klingon rite performed during, or directly following, the death of a warrior. The Ritual involved opening and staring into the eyes of the dying individual, then bellowing loudly at the sky. The former served to observe and confirm the lack of recognition by the dying/dead Klingon's eyes. The latter served as a warning to the dead (presumably in Sto-vo-kor): "Beware, a Klingon warrior is about to arrive". Once the Ritual was completed, the body was unceremoniously
@coachgowron I"m sorry to see you go silent, and really hope to see you return. First, you do need to take care of you. Just know that you have provided positive sparks of Klingon spiciness.
I don't know what you've had to deal with. Jackasses and fools can wear a person down. Be well. And, perhaps one day you'll also be back.
