@flexghost It’s always like this. We have lots of examples of how FAFO worked when fascists get their way. Most recent schadenfreude are business owning Brexiteers suddenly not having enough workers for their low-pay dirty jobs no one would do.
Then we have the Dutch who voted far right in every election in the past 6 years and are now facing the same issue: who is going to harvest fruit and vegetables? Who is going to build and renovate houses? They all left due to Covid19 and didn’t come back.

We're currently stuck in a First Past the Post voting system. In the US, that means only a Democrat or a Republican can win. So we have a Right-leaning party, and a full fucking fascist party. If you don't vote for the Right-leaners, you're ceding power to the Fascists.

So bitch about the Democrats when AFTER you have voted against the Fascists. And agitate for RCV or STAR Voting, so we can pull ourselves out of this 2 party fiasco.

But any talk of "Biden doesn't deserve our vote" is just raising chances that Fascists will take office. Sure, yeah, he *doesn't*, but that's not discourse we can afford at this moment.

@flexghost I am from the US, a land that belonged to a different people for many millennia, and horrified that my taxes are paying for killing the children of Gaza, and that now they are starving and dying of disease. Yes, I am going to vote for Biden despite this, because Trump is far worse, but I understand if people more directly affected by the killing can't bring themselves to do it.
