So, do we still love Firefox because it’s not chrome or do we hate it because Mozilla is now in the AI business?
@jerry I stopped really liking #Firefox for desktop use when they got rid of their old and very powerful extension architecture, which was the true differentiator to #Chrome/#Webkit/#Blink. Right now I can't honestly say I like any of the Linux browsers, to paraphrase Linus Thorvalds, they all suck, the only question is which sucks less for my use case. None handle heavy tab use well anymore, which old Firefox was a master of. Vivaldi has some very poor session programming unfortunately.
@smxi @jerry Second this big time. Even so, I still mostly use FF as a way to encourage browser rendering engine diversity.
