I don't microdose Shiitake. But I microdose a mushroom called 'Spitzkegeliger Kahlkopf' to keep my psilocybine level stable. I can't fly to asia to search for Shiitake but in autumn I can find the other Shrooms on every cow pasture..... does that count?
