Sadly, some things never change in Russia. Putin is a career chekist who was nourished by the Soviet system.

millions were killed ,starved hunted down in russia , my grandmother escaped ,i have a silver vodka cup dated 1889 st.petersburg , a souvenir , 2 silver coins 50 rubles dated 1920 ,1922. and very worn star of david . born in 1900 died in usa 1970, leaders of russia were and are crazy killers .thank you for posting .

@anneapplebaum I really don’t want to defend Stalin for a second, but on the question whether these two were truly genocides: didn’t he do something same to Russians in Northern Caucasus, Kuban Region, and Volga Region? BILD, a German version of Fox News, for example wants us to believe that ceding Ukraine's territory will satisfy Russia's expansionist wars.

It's a BS narrative fostered by the quislings and collaborators.
