My tip is that I needed sliced pepperoncini so I found it easy using scissors. Also use scissors for thin pizza, quesadillas, and cooked asparagus. I can be of no help on pepperoncini , but I second your tip on using scissors for that kind of thing. My cutting skills are a lot better than my knife skills.
