@qrper I posted a shorter comment on YouTube also but it was nice to finally get in your log! Thanks to the one recent HamRadio Workbench episode where ya’ll talked about the HamAlert App for smartphones I was finally able to catch you on the air. Bucket list accomplishment! I admit I’m not crazy about the sidetone of the KH1; it sounds kinda harsh. Maybe it’s just how the audio recording sounds. I have a feeling I’ll be ordering one at some point tho. 73 de Mark KM3P

@km3p So great to get you in the logs! Thank you for hunting me, OM. The sidetone is quite unique with the KH1 and I think Elecraft may be modifying it somewhat. Again, many thanks, OM!
