#PublicHumiliationDiet 221.9 lbs.

Serious talk for a moment. If you’re following along and want to get back into shape, do it now—especially if you’re under 40. If I did this same level of diet and exercise for two months in my 30s or early 40s, I’d be down 25-30 lbs. But late 40s? This shit sucks. The only thing keeping me motivated is feeling better and fitting into shirts that I previously blamed the t-shirt fairy for shrinking when I wasn’t looking.

@chopaganda keep going chop!

I am 48 and ever since June I have been on my kick and its not that hard. Yes the weight doesn’t significantly drop like it used to and it may go up a lb one day and down one the next, but everything fits better, I am not crazy stiff anymore and I just feel stronger.

Also it hasn’t been that crazy hard. I was not a terrible eater to begin with but I pretty much just cut out snacking and not naturally I can’t finish my plate at dinner anymore.

@chopaganda I did this when I was 38-39 and it was hard, but then I went back to school at 40 and didn't keep up on things after the first year. Now I'm 51 and it's way harder. Not just how long it takes to drop the weight, but prioritizing it in the context of my life now.
@chopaganda taking this as a personal attack ty o7
@chopaganda if you ever need any ideas on things to eat hit me up. You have the right attitude, just need to tweak what you are eating. Also, you’re going to have to give up some stuff as you go lower. It’s a mind game. ✌🏻&❤️
