My patented (patent pending) tofu salad sammich with cukes and red onions and dill and some other stuff.
I put too much stuff on so it's kind of sloppy.

@VeganVic I used the soft tofu this time. Firm works but extra is a little too much. I also put in a splash of red wine vinegar to give it a little brightness.

@VeganVic Awesome. So full ingredient list for how i make it (in whatever proportions seem good to you):
1 reg sized packet of tofu
Vegenaise
Brown mustard
Diced red onion
Diced cukes
Dill
Salt and pepper
Splash of red wine vinegar

Mash it up with a potato masher and it's ready to eat.
