Vast majority of #trans #people have experienced #negativity at #work in past 12 months.

These #range from #gossip about their #genderidentity through to #invasive #personalquestions, #misgendering, #discrimination and #SexualHarassment. More than 40 per cent of survey respondents reported being victims of sexual harassment or #misconduct at #work.

Shocking new research has revealed 95 per cent of trans people have experienced some form of negative behaviour at work in the last year.
