@webcanids I think it's interesting that Foxes were domesticated during the Bronze Age, and I suspect being somewhere between a dog and a cat may have had something to do with it. They are small enough to go after the prey that cats do, such as rats and things, but they're large enough to do a lot of dog-like activities such as carrying things and intimidating other animals. It's too bad it didn't stick, because they would have been cute
