Okay. So we all understand that the Supreme Court has become a right-wing ideological political institution under Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh, & Roberts. They're for sale & illegitimate. Now, we have to beat them in the executive branch & the legislature.

The Supreme Court’s Conservative Supermajority Continues Its Work Rolling Back The 20th Century

The psychodrama over whether John Roberts is in control of the court is irrelevant when the justices just keep enacting the conservative policy agenda.

Organize the vote. They're taking us backward. We have already left them behind. Now we keep building people's power. We have the people. We are far more mighty. Hold on tight & keep organizing. Drown out the noise. Keep pushing forward. The only way to freedom is forward.
@MarkRuffalo My head hurts from the illegitimate SCOTUS scumbag rulings this week!
@MarkRuffalo Did you see the latest campaign ad that the DeSantis War Room posted on the bird site? Truly shocking!!!!!
@Doreen32128 @MarkRuffalo lol, just as melon is limiting the # of tweets users can see on the bird site
@MarkRuffalo
"Citizens United" has given malefactors of great wealth louder political speech, but not more votes. Don't let your vote be suppressed.
#Politics #Vote #Democracy
@MarkRuffalo Or Biden could pack the court. But he refuses to :(
@nmn @MarkRuffalo No, President Biden can not wave his pen and add more SCOTUS judges. Congress has to approve the expansion. With the House controlled by Republicans, it won't happen. So what to do? re-elect President Biden and VP Harris in 2024, make sure Congressional seats a Dem is re-elected or elected to fill the empty Congressional seat. Same for State and County plus school boards.

@bellesapepper_37 @MarkRuffalo It’s impossible now, but there were two years when Dems controlled both Senate and Congress.

I guess you can blame people like Joe Manchin as well. But Biden was openly against the idea too.

@bellesapepper_37 @MarkRuffalo Also, in what to do, I wouldn’t mind if stronger candidates were elected instead of Biden and Harris. I’d also like to see corporate democrats replaced with better candidates across the board.
@MarkRuffalo a no confidence vote would do the trick if we could make it happen - removes everyone in all branches - interim government till votes can take place again
@MarkRuffalo Crisp Rat’s best friend who voted for Jill Stein has thoughts. 🙄
@MarkRuffalo
And speaking directly to the solution, not red herrings and distractions.
@MarkRuffalo Thanks for putting the creeps in a pack. They’re easier to despise that way.
@MarkRuffalo I wouldn't even call the SCOTUS conservative, but ultra-reactionary.
@MarkRuffalo not a normal Court Biden and Schumer need to expand the court — you know the republicans will anyway
@MarkRuffalo We need to fundamentally change the role of the court so people are not misled into thinking the civil-rights-era landmark decisions are a replacement for organized political power

@MarkRuffalo Politicians have been for sale for years and years. It’s why your country has become so pro capitalism.

Not saying “don’t fight” or anything. These fuckers needs to be removed. Capitalism needs to end.

@MarkRuffalo and they need to take action to address the illegitimacy of this SCOTUS.
@MarkRuffalo I find the concept that the interpretation of the US constitution and opinion of 5 people, can tear up the rights of 100's of millions of Americans.
@MarkRuffalo packing is still an option.

@MarkRuffalo, we need term limits.

We must punch these assholes in the mouth in 2024 by electing 60 real liberal senators.

@MarkRuffalo America wouldn’t have this problem if you could have mustered more enthusiasm to vote for Clinton in 2016. And then America got a giant hate boner to vote out Trump. Trump is an idiot carnival barker but, policy-wise, much better than the vast majority of Republicans. Everyone needs to keep their motivation high. It can and will get much worse.
@MarkRuffalo Two of them have committed acts that would have been crimes had they been judges in lower level federal courts. Step 1 is imposing strict laws governing their behavior as they have demonstrated that self governance doesn't work. Arguably the Chief Justice should be impeached for failing to address the behavior of his court.
@MarkRuffalo enforcing bad law creates bad ass citizens
@MarkRuffalo Beat them with a branch indeed….
@MarkRuffalo I miss the more innocent time when billionaires were just destroying social media or building unsightly rockets rather than buying Supreme Court Justices to undo decades of progress.
