William Conner@flexghost IANAL but this decision on discrimination that had not even occurred is the best reason I can see for expanding the court and at the same time establishing term limits. There are certainly reasons not to expand - someone please provide - but this court is out of control. Failing expansion, impeachment for financial "crimes" is warranted. Ethics rules including for spouse and family also are desperately needed.

Court expansion should have at the very least kept pace with the number of district courts (now 13). Really, we should have at least double that many districts (and SCJs), considering the case backlog and the vast population in question now compared to the late 18th century.

Then they have over ruled the legitimate institutions of government. Thirdly more than one of the Fascist 6 has accepted bribes and the spouse of one fomented a coup de etat that failed. If this court and these justices are allowed to continue, the coup will suceed.

Christ lived and died to liberate us from the laws of the old prophets and unite us in love as God's children with the promise of forgiveness and redemption for all. No one should encounter injustice or be thrown away. Everyone has the dignity of being a child of God.
