Even if you prove it was miscarriage, "ah, but you did some activity which might cause a miscarriage, therefore you were trying to abort, therefore death penalty". And they, not doctors, will be the ones defining such activities. So all pregnant women must obey their arbitrary and ever-increasing restrictions.

- Have the baby in your home or car.
- Declare the child an unlawful intruder.
- Shoot the baby.
Since the baby had already been born when you killed it, the Republicans don't care about it, and since you used your 2nd Amendment rights, they might actually praise you for being such a brave citizen.
