In addition to the clear anti-vax messaging, the two men are also bullying Dr. Hotez.

They are attempting to belittle him by saying (for public consumption) that he's "afraid" of public debate.

Unless they can troll him publicly about anything he says (even a sincere offer to speak off of the hell-house that is Twitter), it won't get them the engagement they NEED, thus they are joining forces to beat up on him.

How anyone is still on that platform is beyond me.

What happens online does not stay online. Their bullying tactics have led and continue to lead to real-world threats and continuous harm.

(It's a huge part of the reason I just do not understand why people still go on that platform ... even logging in is an mDAU for Musk. He doesn't care *why* someone is there--even if they hate him. He just needs the numbers.)
