@gbhnews most challenging poll ever, i'm genuinely unable to decide

@bikepedantic This question brought to you by the fact that there was a GBH-wide email that a whoopie pie food truck would be coming to our street...AND THEN IT DID NOT COME.

@gbhnews @bikepedantic What? No!

Clearly we need to organize a Community Whoopie Pie Delivery Truck event. Or at least a delivery cargo bike, though I suspect that won't have nearly enough capacity to properly meet demand.

@wordshaper @gbhnews @bikepedantic Now I'm wondering how many whoopie pies can fit in a delivery cargo bike.

@inliuofjoan @gbhnews @bikepedantic A full-sized whoopie pie is 5 inches or about 12 cm in diameter and around 3cm tall. If we assume some packaging space that's 13cm wide, 4cm tall. Looking around I see cargo bike containers vary in size but a good one seems to have a cargo area that's 89cm by 62cm. If we tile irregularly we should be able to get 35 pies in a layer and probably stack it 9 layers deep, so...

That's about 315 pies which, if I am Mathing properly, is about four servings, so we'd probably want a bunch of bikes for this but it's totally doable.

@wordshaper @gbhnews @inliuofjoan @bikepedantic I picked the wrong day to give up carbs.

@MrSnarkyPants @gbhnews @inliuofjoan @bikepedantic what? No! There is never a wrong day to give out carbs. Carbs are awesome, whether they’re in the form of croissant, danish, brownie, or whoopie pie, and I think you’ll find nobody ever really minds when you give out…

Oh, wait, give *up* carbs? Huh, weird, I think your autocorrect is acting up. That sentence is, to be fair, grammatically correct just not semantically meaningful.
