do i know anyone who is ideally

1) LGBTQIA+
2) loves forests and doing dangerous/weird shit and adventures
3) wants to own a USFS cabin and be my neighbour down the trail
4) has ~150-190k in liquid assets

if so, DM me, i have a pristine cabin in a national forest for you

you would get a remote two bedroom cabin completely furnished with gravity fed spring water and a 110-120V electrical hookup and a deck overlooking a forest with several waterfalls into a major river in a tract with five queers where four of whom are trans

i do have to point out caveats like

A) a ~400 page USFS rulebook which you MUST follow or they take your cabin away
B) cannot use a mortgage
C) cannot be your primary residence
D) food is 40mi in any direction
E) not very accessible in winter unless you are VERY brave and strong

@isis dammit, if it wasn't for #4...
@isis this is very appealing but I assume it's in California which is much too far from me (and also I'm sure wheelchair access will be an issue)
@isis That sounds amazing. I didn't even know it was possible. Thank you, and curse you, for opening up another wild and strange idea for the future.
@isis I'm more of a desert type. however, can I interest you in a unique opportunity in Pershing County, Nevada
@isis If someone’s answers to 2) and 3) aren’t yes, I don’t understand them.
@isis whereabouts?
@isis (I know a queer poly triad that might be quite into this, and into having you all as neighbors)
@rkofman please pass them my contact details! i like having good neighbours and queering up the neighbourhood

@isis I love this so much

(It ain't me right now)

But I hope you find the bestest queer to woods the forest up with

@isis This is a pretty compelling invitation, isis.
