I'm afraid this paragraph from SCOTUS today (Twitter v Taamneh) is going to be cited a lot for the proposition that no one is legally responsible for decisions made by AI: "Once the platform and sorting-tool algorithms were up and running, defendants at most allegedly stood back and watched."
