I'm so confused about the market for professional AV editors who want to work on an iPad. If you need to do this stuff on the go why not just get a MBA or the MBP 14”?

@paul propably because #Apple refuses to integrate proper #Pen support in their #Laptops and people have neither the time nor patience to #Hackintosh an outdated #ThinkPad #X230 #Tablet.

Also there are sadly no new #ModBook|s on the market and carrying around another #Wacom tablet on top of a #MacBook is even bulkier than the biggest #iPadPro...

@kkarhan @paul also, the performance differential between the iPad Pro and the MacBook Air and 13" MBP isn't that noticeable. Even in terms of desktop setup they have the same abilities and pitfalls: limited to one external display, no active cooling (except the 13" MBP), etc. And the iPad can do many things--including anything involving a pen--that a Mac can't do (rightly or wrongly).
