I thought Sam Alito's argument was interesting. It was in this article:

A = SCOTUS is unfairly attacked.
B = The organized bar will defend SCOTUS

Alito: If A, then B.
Alito: Not B

He leaves the conclusion to the reader, but this is a simple syllogism. The obvious, logical, and necessary conclusion is:

∴ Not A

Thus SCOTUS is not unfairly attacked. By the Law of the Excluded Middle, Alito argues that SCOTUS is fairly attacked.
