No I can't
When I was in the easily-embarrassed-teen years, my dad bought an old VW Kombi and converted it into a camper with a raised ice-cream-van roof.
Something like this pic happened when he tried to park in the underground parking lot of a mall in Cape Town.
The resulting traffic jam made the evening TV news.

@CrazyMyra and i'm sure the rest of the family never brought it up or teased him about it again

@CrazyMyra

:) Wise words and image.

Also the ALT text is a nice example for the efficiency of the English language:

In German we would say »eingeklemmt unter der Brücke«, literally translated:
"wedged in under the bridge".
You don't add an extra "in" since the meaning is perfectly clear without it. :)

@CrazyMyra
Why not? He did it😊
@CrazyMyra In fairness, the bridge height sign is wrong. It says 4.5 meters (14.9 feet) and 15 feet (14.52 meters). A semi trailer height is 13.6 feet (4.15 meters).

@pattykimura @CrazyMyra

"A semi trailer height is 13.6 feet (4.15 meters)."

Google delivers:
"The general trailer height that double deck and tall trailers are built to in the UK is 4.88m (16ft)"

@CrazyMyra I present for your enjoyment the infamous Can Opener Bridge. http://11foot8.com/

@CrazyMyra ☝️ New Tory campaign bus.
@CrazyMyra a lovely example of what we call #storrowing in Massachusetts, with a great dash of irony.
@CrazyMyra Low bridge and even lower IQ

@CrazyMyra

So, if trains going into tunnels in old movies are allegories for boning, what is THIS an allegory for?!

@CrazyMyra
Followed by "Ask the right question next time"
@CrazyMyra yep this looks a lot like my code. It some how manages to run 😀
@CrazyMyra
Whaaaat!! I thought I could do it ... 😂
@CrazyMyra
Oops! Umm, I guess it's "No, you can't."
@CrazyMyra Stealing this, with modifications. Is it ironic that I should be working on my taxes right now?

@CrazyMyra LOLsob! 😂

Tagging for the #PwME #MEcfs #NEISvoid crowd

@CrazyMyra it’s this kind of positive thinking that got them into this mess
@CrazyMyra power of positive thought!

@CrazyMyra It would fit fine had the driver just put the pedal to the metal and went full Jeremy Clarkson with the speed.

Perfect peel at the 11foot8+8 bridge

@CrazyMyra The village where I grew up had a very low bridge under a canal. The local bus company ran a single deck bus on the route. One day it broke down and they sent out the only spare vehicle on hand to complete the route. A double decker. The top peeled back like a sardine can. Luckily all the passengers were in the lower deck.
@CrazyMyra I tell myself this message all the time (The "You can do it", not "No I can't").
